Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Holdfast Bay is seeking to appoint a company to construct a car park for 56 vehicles at the Kauri Community & Sports Centre, Lipson Ave, Seacliff.

The project will be on a sloping demolished site, previously the Seacliff Sports Club building.

The civil works will require retaining walls, drainage, lighting, landscaping, kerb & watertables, extending the existing car park.

The construction may require the use of specialised construction techniques due to the fact that the area is a former landfill site.
