The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters is seeking proposals from experienced Design Teams to undertake the Detail Design and Documentation of the Felixstow Reserve Masterplan.
The Masterplan which was endorsed in December 2015, aspired to create one of the most innovative regional open spaces across eastern Adelaide as well as one of the most engaging reserves along the River Torrens Linear Park.
The Masterplan includes the integration of a new wetland (part of the Eastern Regional Alliance (ERA) Waterproofing Eastern Adelaide Project), as well as providing new and upgraded community recreation facilities, cultural interpretation and enhanced park amenity.
The scope of the consultancy requires a multi-disciplinary Design Team to undertake the detail design and documentation (including technical specifications) of all the components identified in the endorsed Felixstow Masterplan for construction in 2017/18.
