Tenders are invited from suitably qualified consultants to prepare a combined concept Masterplan and Plan of Management for Tunks Park, Cammeray and a combined concept Masterplan and Plan of Management for Anderson Park, Neutral Bay. Works are to include thorough and proactive community and stakeholder consultation, site survey, transport study (including travel plan) and other associated works.

Documents can be downloaded for free from TUESDAY, 17 JANUARY 2017. Alternatively, documents can be purchased from Council's Customer Service Counter for $300.

A Pre-Tender meeting will be held on THURSDAY 2 FEBRUARY 2017, commencing at 10:00am at North Sydney Council in the Supper Room.
Tenders will close at 4:00pm, TUESDAY 14 FEBRUARY 2017.
