Tender Description
Tenders are invited for building renovation works at The Events Centre, Caloundra.
The works shall include, but not be limited to:
* Clock Tower:
Removal of existing Perspex roof and clock;
Supply and install new structural roof frame;
Supply and install new glass roof;
Supply and install new clock;
* Render and Paint Work:
Render and paint whole of building’s external brickwork, as well as internal walls to clock tower.
