Tenders
Tenders are being called from registered and reputable builders to construct a new "Pavilion" (outdoor deck) as part of the Club building complex. This is designed to improve the facilities for the members for all outdoor activities conducted by the Club.
Plans and specifications are available from reception during office hours.
Tenders will close at noon on Friday 17th Feb 2017. All tenders will be opened on that day. Address the tender to the Board of the Cootamundra Ex-servicemen's & Citizens' Memorial Club Ltd care of Greg Bruce Secretary Manager.
All tenders will be treated with the strictest confidence and the lowest tender may not be the successful tenderer.
It is envisaged the successful tender will comply with all WHS regulations as laid down in the specifications and will be prepared to start construction as soon as possible after being awarded the rights to build the project.
