Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Sell & Parker operate a Metal Recycling Facility at 45 Tattersall Road, Kings Park.

As part of a site extension, Sell & Parker will be upgrading the fire services to meet current codes.

The fire services design has been completed by MJ Harvey & Associates.

The works will need to be staged around existing operations and the successful contractor will be expected to work closely with the site engineer and fire consultant.

A site visit and meeting with the fire consultant will be required to understand the scope & nature of the business in order to provide a fee proposal.
