The two properties "JB's" and "Why Wurry" are being adverstised for lease by tender as a whole or as 4 separate block.
The closing date for tenders will be the 31/1/2017 with the lease to commence on the 1st of March 2017.

The lease will be for a 3 year period with an option of another two 3 year terms upon review.
