City of Parramatta Council, Invitation to Tender No. ITT 43/2016, Waste Collection and Resource Recovery Services.
City of Parramatta Council has decided to invite tenders from accredited and suitably experienced contractors for waste collection and resource recovery services including:
* Domestic and Commercial Kerbside Collection of Garbage (including Bulky waste for Domestic); Recyclables; Garden Organics material; AND Processing of the latter two; or
* Domestic and Commercial Kerbside Collection ONLY of Garbage (including Bulky waste for Domestic); Recyclables; Garden Organics material; or
* Receipt and Processing of Recyclables (Domestic and Commercial); or
* Receipt and Processing of Garden Organics (Domestic and Commercial).
The Tender is a Schedule of Rates Contract.

The period of the tender is for five (5) years with an option of a two year extension (one plus one). Continuance of the tender for the initial and subsequent periods will be reliant on ongoing reliability and satisfactory performance which will be subject to quarterly and annual review.
