Tender Description
Community Housing Aotearoa, on behalf of our members, is seeking expressions of interest from residential housing developers active in the production of new homes or apartments to be included in a panel of suppliers for the provision of community housing across New Zealand. The intent is to link developers with our members (Community Housing Organisations or CHOs) who can then negotiate the purchase or lease of completed homes or sections.
CHOs provide housing for rental and home ownership purposes and are interested in purchasing completed product as well as access to land that they can develop. CHOs are interested in and have experience in working in partnership with developers.
CHOs are seeking homes for use in both their rental and home ownership programmes. These can be completed, turn-key units or sections. They are able to enter into pre-sale agreements, thereby facilitating developer finance of schemes.
