Botanica Property Group invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of the Botanica - Stage 1 works, Contract No. IH015500/03, in Cairns.
The works include the construction of a new signalised intersection on Cairns Western Arterial Road, internal access road, school carpark and culvert crossing as well as removal and part relocation of the existing signals at Caravonica State School for the Botanica Development.
Contractors must hold Department of Transport and Main Roads prequalification to level R2.
Fully complete submissions will be received until the tender closing time of 4.00pm, Friday 20 January 2017.
