Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking “quotations” from appropriately qualified, suitably experienced and adequately resourced companies to submit quotations for the following three (3) contracts:
* Contract - RFQ17/08 - Tipping Truck Hire (Hourly & Haulage)

The Contracts will commence on 1 July 2017 and conclude on 30 June 2018, with the option of a twelve (12) month extension.

As part of the Conditions of Quoting, quotations will only be accepted from Contractors who have registered on the Vendorpanel Portal prior to the 27th January 2017. https://www.vendorpanel.com.au/marketplace.aspx?emcc=1CF13F591A43 under Plant & Equipment (Hire). Contractors who have registered will then receive the Quotation Documents by email and will need to upload the requested submission documents on the Vendorpanel Portal.

The closing date for submissions is 11.00am Tuesday, 7th March, 2017. Submissions will be received via the Vendorpanel online portal ONLY. Hard copy submissions received via post, fax or hand delivered WILL NOT be accepted.

Contractors MUST attend the relevant COMPULSORY Pre-Quotation Meeting as detailed below: Wednesday, 22nd February 2017 at the Council Depot in Tycannah Street, MOREE Commencing at 10:30am.

This quotation will be managed in accordance with the Moree Plains Shire Council Procurement Policy, the Local Government Act 1993, and the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005.
