Tender Description
UrbanGrowth NSW seeks tender submissions from licensed builders with suitable experience and capacity to build 15 small lot houses in Stage 1 of the Claymore (Hillcroft) development. These lots will be available via a Put and Call Option and are spread over two grouped sites that are adjacent to each other.
UrbanGrowth NSW also seeks to create a panel of builders for the Project to facilitate participation in future put and call opportunities as they arise.
UrbanGrowth NSW is the development manager for the project on behalf of the landowner, NSW Land and Housing Corporation.
