The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that a tender will be released in mid January 2017 for this project as per information below:
Koombana Foreshore (Bunbury) Revitalisation Project.
Stage 1 of the Transforming Bunbury's Waterfront Project will be released for tender in mid January. This is a significant capital works project for the region.
Description:
1. Coastal protection works
2. Civil infrastructure (internal roads & pathways)
3. Playground
4. Upgrade to existing kiosk
5. Landmark footbridge over the Plug
6. Lighting
7. Landscaping& associated infrastructure
8. Interpretive elements
Projected commencement date in late March/early April 2017 with completion in December 2017.
There is no need to action this notice (just for noting), please do not load any documents or expressions of interest or call the City of Bunbury at this stage.
