Tender Description
The City seeks to engage a suitably experienced Contractor (registered builder) to undertake modifications to the ablution facility in Queens Gardens located at Lot 358 Cobblestone Drive, Bunbury.
The building has out dated amenities and no longer addresses the needs of the community or adequately caters for people with a disability. The works include modification to both the Male and Female toilet compartments to create equal access toilets.
