The site is accessed through a slip rail which has a padlock on it.

The successful quoter will be given a key to this padlock.

The pump house is accessed by driving approximately 500 metres along a road base road through National Park.

The causeway area to be high pressure cleaned is adjacent to the pump house and retention pit at the old St Ives tree tip.

The area to be cleaned is approximately 8 meters long and 1 to 1.5 meters wide.

There is no pressurised water supply on site and no electricity.

The contractor will require a self contained high pressure cleaning apparatus with a water tank.

The nearest potable water supply is at the St Ives Showground.

The contractor is to quote on high pressure cleaning this area every 2 months.

The cleaning can be done anytime from 7am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
