PDG-41402-2 Skatepark at Mount Cotton Community Park - Mount Cotton, Redland City
Redland City Council is seeking proposals from main/head Contractors for the provision of all materials, plant/equipment, labour and the performance of all operations necessary for the construction of a concrete skate park and associated upgrade works at Mount Cotton Community Park in Redland City.
Scope includes but is not limited to:
* Construction of all civil works shown on the final "For Construction' drawings;
* Preparation and lodgement of Building and Plumbing applications;
* Associated landscaping works including earthworks, concrete pathways, planting and concrete walls;
* Associated park infrastructure, furniture and signaage installation;
* Safety, Traffic and Environmental Management Plans; and
* Provision of final RPEQ certified 'As Constructed' drawings and associated documents.
