The Queensland Competition Authority (QCA) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to provide expert advice on the maintenance expenditure proposal in Aurizon Network's 2017 Draft Access Undertaking.
Your proposal should address all the relevant requirements detailed in the attached Terms of Reference document.
The closing date for receipt of proposals by the QCA is 23 January 2017. Proposals should be lodged at www.qca.org.au/submissions or sent to:
