The Works comprise of the supply and delivery of temporary concrete and steel traffic barriers and associated crash cushions and terminals to the Project. The works are to be carried out to industry best practice, the relevant standards and construction drawings.
Temporary concrete barriers, steel barriers, crash cushions and terminals shall conform to the latest RMS requirements (refer to Table 4 Safety Barrier Products http://www.rms.nsw.gov.au/business-industry/partners-suppliers/design-documents/safety-barrier-products/index.html for product details and acceptance status).
Particular attention is also drawn to Table 2 RMS INFO DOC 133 for further product acceptance details.
