On 7 July 2016, the Treasurer of the State of South Australia (the “Treasurer”) announced that a range of transactional land services and functions will be commercialised by the State (“Proposed Transaction”) and expressions of interest will be sought from the private sector to deliver those services and functions on behalf of the Government.
This EOI is an invitation to each recipient (“Recipient”) to submit their interest and qualifications to be considered as a participant in the Proposed Process. To assist Recipients of this EOI in deciding whether to respond, an overview of Land Services is provided in sections 2, 3 and 5 of the EOI document.
All questions or clarifications regarding this EOI should be submitted in writing by email to lsgdtf@sa.gov.au no later than 12pm Australian Central Daylight Time (ACDT) on Tuesday, 10 January 2017.
