COORDINARE, South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network (PHN), invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to apply to provide innovative Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
An Information session, by Webinar, will be held at 10:00am on Thursday 15 December 2016.
This funding will be used to establish programs for people recovering from alcohol and other drug misuse, and who live within South Eastern NSW.
COORDINARE is looking for innovative proposals that:
* Support region-specific, cross-sectoral, and integrated approaches to drug and alcohol treatment services based on contemporary best practice, the needs of clients locally, and focus on improving care coordination at the local level.
* Facilitate and support evidence-based treatment for clients who use a range of substances, as well as flexible and stepped care models tailored to individual need and stage of change.
* Support the provision of culturally safe and responsive drug and alcohol treatment services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, which link to broader Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health services.
* Promote linkages with broader health and support services, to better support integrated / coordinated treatment and referral pathways, particularly to mental health services for clients living with comorbidity.
