Waste Management Services

⁠⁠⁠The City invites Tenders from Proponents for the provision of waste management services to the Mandurah community.

The form of Contract set out in Attachment 1 (Form of Contract) is a hybrid alliance contract based on the existing contract, and combines alliance concepts and strict contractual obligations. The Contract is discussed in more detail in section A9 of Part A.

The City requires a full range of waste management services including collections, recycling and disposal requirements, as well as operations of its Waste Management Centre and Tims Thicket Waste Management Facility and the provision of a customer service centre.
