Tender Description
The Shire of Manjimup is seeking the services of an appropriately experienced building company to tender for:
i) Completion of all works associated with the construction of the Manjimup Wellness and Respite Community Centre in accordance with a pre-prepared design incorporating offices, convention space, commercial kitchen and respite care facilities; and
ii) An alternative tender for the design and construction for the same building, with additional office space and respite beds may be considered.

Tenders close at 3.00pm on Friday 20 January 2017.
An information briefing session will be held at 1:30pm on Wednesday 7 December 2016 or individual sessions are available by appointment.
Late tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or Council officers will disqualify.
