Call for Proposals - 42 Honeysuckle Dr, Honeysuckle, Newcastle

⁠⁠⁠The Hunter Development Corporation is calling for Proposals for the sale and development of the site known as 42 Honeysuckle Drive (the Site).

The Site (formerly known as Lot 22) is part of the Honeysuckle Redevelopment Project in Newcastle, NSW. It is located between the Hunter Water Corporation’s headquarters and Cottage Creek open space on the southern side of Honeysuckle Drive.

The Site has an approximate area of 3,728m2 and is zoned B3: Commercial Core. Proposals must be consistent with that zoning and take up the entire site.

Proponents are encouraged to closely review this information and ensure that any Proposal submitted in response to the Call for Proposals complies with its requirements.
