Request for Quote - Prospect Hill Lookout - Stairs Construction

⁠⁠⁠Based on the two (2) FRP designs that are included with this Request for Quote and in consultation with the Working Group, a construction methodology needs to be determined based on the preferred FRP design (Phase 1).

* The Tenderer shall provide a construction methodology outlining how the new structure will be installed on the unstable dune sand and outline measures to be adopted to limit the damage to the surrounding environment. Points to be considered, but not limited to, are:-
The lookout is located on a remnant sand dune covered with low coastal vegetation, sand drift is a problem that should be noted when preparing your construction methodology.

A construction zone, 4.5m wide, following the line of the existing stairway is to be used to preserve the surrounding environment.
