Goulburn Mulwaree Council is seeking the services of a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to enter into a contract to design and construct a new office building as part of Council's depot consolidation project. The new office building is to be built on undeveloped site at 5 Hetherington Street Goulburn, adjacent to the existing work depot at 42 Hetherington Street.

All enquiries relating to the proposed supply contract must be directed to the nominated Contact Officer, between 8.00am and 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday. Verbal enquiries must be confirmed in writing.

Two mandatory Pre-Tender briefings and site inspections are scheduled for Wednesday 7 December 2016 at 10.00 a.m. and Wednesday 14 December 2016 at 2.00 p.m. The Pre-Tender meetings will be held at the Works Depot, 42 Hetherington St, Goulburn followed by a site inspection at the proposed work site at 5 Hetherington St, Goulburn. Attendance must be confirmed with Council's Contact Officer (Clause 4) by 4.00 pm Monday 5 December 2016 and 4.00 pm Monday 12 December 2016.
