RFT: Longford to Mackinnons Hill Rising Main Stage 2

⁠⁠⁠TasWater requires the construction of a new 375 mm diameter water rising main between Longford and Mackinnons Hill Reservoir near Perth. The principal elements of this project are:
* Supply and installation of approximately 3 km of 375 mm dia. watermain
* Directionally drill a section of pipeline under Illawarra Road
* Supply and install associated valves and fittings
* Pipe installation works through the levy wall at Longford
* Construction of new reservoir inlet pipework
* Surface reinstatement works

Provision of "As Constructed" plans in accordance with TasWater's Asset Spatial Data Specification requirements prior to Practical Completion. The "As Constructed" plans shall show the detail features as described on the TasWater website.
