Tender Description
Council is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the Stage II redevelopment of the existing playground and surrounding area at the Lake Gillawarna Playground - UBD Ref - Page 250 (J:13).
Works to include:
* Demolition and reconstruction of civil works;
* Construction of new landscaping;
* Supply and installation of play equipment; and
* Supply and installation of a wet pour rubber softfall system
* Certification of works at practical completion stage.
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.
