Tender Description
The Diocesan Catholic Education Office (DCEO) is inviting principal contractors to express interest for construction works at St. Brigid’s Catholic Primary School in Emerald. The project consist of two new single storey GLA buildings comprising 4 classrooms and associated amenities, and Resource Centre.
Expressions of interest should include a resume of previous experience in school/education facilities, capability statement, staff nominated for project management and site foreman roles, and an outline of their contract administration quality control systems.
From the EOI’s received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender on the project at the discretion of the proprietor, (Roman Catholic Trust Corp. Diocese of Rockhampton for Catholic Education - Diocese of Rockhampton).
The DCEO can provide a guide on the criteria for selection, upon request to the Architect.
