Operation Of Commercial Aquatic Recreational Activities

⁠⁠⁠LG314/411/17/008 - The City of Gold Coast has issued an Invitation to Offer (ITO) seeking Offers for the commercial provision of suitable aquatic recreational activities and/or similar activities at ten sites across the City.

The Successful Offeror’s will become Permitee’s and will be required to enter into a Trustee Permit or Licence (dependent on the location), with the City of Gold Coast as the Trustee for the the operation of the Aquatic Recreational Activities on the designated foreshore park/s.

Proposed Activities Include:
* Motorised operations (jet skis, paraflying, etc.) where not restricted
* Water parks - inflatable slides and other equipment
* Inflatable “water” ball
* Kayaking
* Stand up paddle boarding
* Various amusement equipment (water related)
* Traditional non-motorised activities such as canoeing and other water crafts
* Related activities (eg bicycle hire) that could complement an aquatic permit
* Other suitable activities subject to Trustee’s evaluation and approval.
