Douglas Shire Council invites quotations from suitably experienced Event Co-orindators to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of “Great Australian Bites” to be held on Australia Day, 26 January 2017.
The Request for Quotations (RFQ) Information pack can be obtained from the Douglas Shire Council Administration Building located at 64-66 Front St, Mossman, QLD 4873.
Your proposal must be submitted no later than 4.30pm Friday 9th December 2016 in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Request for Quotation - Australia Day 2017” to Douglas Shire Council at: PO Box 723, Mossman QLD 4873 or 64-66 Front St, Mossman QLD 4873 or alternatively by email to enquiries@douglas.qld.gov.au.
The acquisition of all goods, services, equipment and construction contracts will be conducted as per Council’s procurement policy and adherence to the “Sound contracting principles” as stipulated in the Local Government Act 2009, section 104.
