Seddon Street Urban Reconstruction, Stage 1 Seddon Street Northeast

⁠⁠⁠Seddon Street, Feilding is a 390m long double headed residential cul-de-sac and 110m link road carrying 630vpd. It is located off Kimbolton Road, Feilding.

The Contract involves the first stage of the works, being the reconstruction of the Northern section from the link road intersection which involves approximately 300m of residential carriageway and cul-de-sac, and replacement of associated kerb and channel, vehicle crossings, footpath and berms; replacement of a 40m section of stormwater main; new sumps and sump leads, and installation of street light ducting.

This Contract covers the construction of, but is not limited to:

Stormwater:
* Excavation for, supply, lay and backfill of approximately 60m of mains and sump leads varying from 225mm to 375mm diameter RC pipe.
* Excavate existing, supply, and construct new 1200mm Manhole and street sumps.
* Roading:
* Excavation of existing pavement, kerbs, crossings and footpath.
* Construction of 150mm sloping and 80mm mountable kerb and channel, footpaths and vehicle crossings.
* Berm construction.
* Reconstruction of the road pavement, sealing and marking.
* Trenching and miscellaneous services relocation.
