Tender Description
CDU has a number of small construction projects valued at less than $300,000 (ex-GST) to undertake over the next 12 months, and is intending to form a Panel of pre-qualified building / construction companies from which CDU will select a Panel member to undertake individual projects.
Scope of Works:
To carry out capital construction works as specified on the basis of Design and Construct, or the traditional Construct only.
Works are expected to be required at Darwin, Alice Springs, and Katherine, and tenderers may offer their services at any or all of these locations.
