Water Corporation is inviting organisations with suitable experience, capability and capacity to submit a Bid for the Bruce Rock Septic Tank Effluent Disposal (STED) Scheme as part of the West Australian Government’s Infill Sewerage Program.

The Works shall be undertaken in two separable portions as follows;

Separable Portion A:

Preparation of detailed design deliverables for all electrical, instrumentation and control components of the Type 6 Wastewater Pump Station (WWPS) and gravity sewer flow measurement instruments, based on our preliminary design drawings for Electrical, Instrumentation and SCADA; and

The construction of the STED conveyance system, comprising gravity reticulation sewers and a Type 6 Wastewater Pump Station (WWPS), which will transfer effluent from property connections to a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).

Separable Portion B:

Construction of a WWTP consisting of a secondary facultative pond, 3 maturation ponds and 2 evaporation ponds.

Award of Separable Portion B is subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.

A compulsory site visit will take place at 11:00am WST on Wednesday, 30 November 2016. Further information on the site visit can be obtained from the Bid Invitation documents.

It is mandatory that all bidders are granted Water Corporation Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Prequalification, at the level nominated in the bid invitation, before contract award.
