Tender Description
CBRE has been instructed by the Department of Finance to seek Expressions of Interest for the provision of office accommodation in the Perth Central Business District or the Perth Central Business District fringe on behalf of the State Government.
Key Requirements are:
* A net lettable area of approximately 2,000sqm;
* Close proximity to South and North bound freeway access points and to public transport facilities;
* Accommodation to be available in the first quarter of 2017.
