Gold Coast Light Rail Feasibility Study and Reference Design

⁠⁠⁠LG314/621/17/079 - The City of Gold Coast (City) is inviting offers for the provision of engineering feasibility services to complete a range of light rail technical investigations and design development to support community consultation and inform the completion of a Preliminary Business Case. The services sought are in relation to the proposed extension of the Gold Coast Light Rail system from Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads.

Council’s contract representative (CCR) for this work will be located within the City Infrastructure Directorate and will manage the study.

There are two separable portions under consideration within this consultancy:
a) Separable Portion 1: Feasibility Study and Reference Design
b) Separable Portion 2: Cost Estimate, Risk Assessment and Scheduling

Offerors are required to offer services for separable portions 1 and 2. The Principal reserves the right to procure cost, risk, and scheduling services (Separable Portion 2) through a separate engagement, subject to its review of the combined service offering by the consultant.
