Illawarra Area Child Care are seeking quotes from suitably qualified Lawn and Garden companies to maintain their properties across their eleven (11) Early Education and Care Services, located in the Illawarra, Shellharbour, and Shoalhaven Heads areas.
Work Sites
These are Hospital Hill Occasional Care, Keira view Children's Centre, Short Street Occasional Care, Smith Street Children's Centre, in Wollongong.
Alunga Children's Centre, Warilla Occasional Care, Wallaroo Children's Centre, in Shellharbour area.
Jerry Bailey Children's Centre, The Basin Pre School, Sanctuary Point Children's Centre, in the Shoalhaven area.
The scope of work to be undertaken will incorporate, lawn, garden and playground maintenance to ensure that the play spaces provided are maintained to optimum standards. It is anticipated that the work will take place on a fortnightly basis.
Work includes:
Blow, vacuum car park, blow artificial grass, paths and decking,
Mowing and edges to internal and external grass areas including nature strip
Hedge, trim plants
Weed all garden beds inside and outside
Pick up leaves, sticks, rubbish
Re mulch every 12 months
Maintain hand pump to creek bed and clean pond, top up rocks in creek bed every 12 months if needed
Re-apply sand to artificial grass every 4 months
Feed all plants with Seasol every 6 weeks
Feed grass as required
Re apply crushed granite to paths when needed
Re oil timber decking and playground structures every 6 months
Top up sand pit every 12 months
