Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Bay Street Depot Upgrade at 10-16 Bay Street, Ultimo

The tenderer will be required to act as Principal Contractor on the Bay Street Depot Upgrade. This upgrade will target the following areas: preparatory works including temporary offices, meal room, toilets and locker rooms, relocation of Painter, Signwriter and Welder workshops and relocation of lockers; refurbishment works to a warehouse constructed in 1908 including replacement of existing roof and high level windows and louvres, renew ground floor male WC and fit-out new female and access WC and remediation of timber structural elements; replace existing switchboards; demolish existing fence and construct a new fence and gate to William Henry Street with associated security and area lighting; and associated items necessary to complete the works at the City's Bay Street Depot located at 10-16 Bay Street, Ultimo.

Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
