Tender Description
Meinhardt Group, on behalf of Lotus Projects Pty Ltd invite suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following contract:
Boardwalk Package:
Construction of approximately 330m length of concrete and sheet piled boardwalk along Lake Mulwala ranging from 0.1m to 2.5m depth over the lake and approximately 3.0m wide. Works to include all associated environmental management, ancillary and infrastructure works such as drainage, earthworks and pavement as per tender documents.
Early Works Package:
Bulk earthworks for the Report precinct. Construction of site trunk drainage and sewer. Works to include all associated environmental management, ancillary and infrastructure works such as temporary pavement and protection of infrastructure as per tender documents.
Construction to commence Q1 2017.
Tenders close at 4:00pm on Friday, 17th December 2016 and should be clearly marked "Tender - Boardwalk and Early Works Package, Sebel Yarrawonga Golf Course Resort and Accommodation". All tenders received before the close date will be reviewed over the Christmas/summer period with an outcome determined early 2017.
