The Department for Child Protection and Family Support (the Department) uses forms, electronic and paper versions, to administer multiple and varied aspects of its day-to-day business. There is no single repository of forms, since they exist across multiple forms of media.

The objective of this, the preliminary project in a series, is to identify suitable technology and associated cost estimations, for a fully functional Internal Forms Service (IFS).

The Department seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of solutions that may be available. Hence, this EOI process may be the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process or may form contractual relations with the selected invitee.
