Woolgoolga to Ballina, Early Works - Demolition and Remediation of Contaminated Ground - United Service Station and RMS Depot

⁠⁠⁠Suitably qualified contractors are invited to tender on the Demolition and Remediation of Contaminated Ground for United Service Station and RMS Depot. The scope of works includes but is not limited to, demolition, assessment and remediation of selected properties of concern including the United Service Station, two former residential sites adjacent and RMS Depot.

This tender provides an opportunity for local industry participation.

The NSW Government’s Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and the NSW Government’s Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for Procurement for: Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines) apply to this project.

Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any response to a procurement process (expression of interest or tender response) and to any successful application being awarded. Copies of the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines are available at www.procurepoint.nsw.gov.au and www.industrialrelations.nsw.gov.au respectively.

This is a joint Australian and NSW government funded project.

The Building Code 2013 (Building Code) and the Supporting Guidelines to the Building Code 2013 (Supporting Guidelines) applies to this project. This document can be viewed at the Australian Government website at www.employment.gov.au/BuildingCode.

All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
