Leasing Opportunities at the Broken Hill Tourist and Travellers Centre

⁠⁠⁠Council invites Expressions of Interest from tourism related businesses/organisations interested in leasing commercial space within the Tourist and Travellers Centre, Cnr Blende and Bromide Streets.  Three (3) vacant shops/offices located within the Centre adjacent to the bus departure lounge area, are available for lease.

Leasing the commercial spaces to tourism related businesses/organisations will enhance the visitor experience and complement the services provided at the Tourist and Travellers Centre, adding to its vibrancy and its value as a tourist hub.

A site visit will be organised for interested parties during the week commencing Monday 21 November 2016.  Details of the site visit will be advised to those who request the EOI documentation.

Expressions of Interest must be received by 3:00pm ACDT on Wednesday, 30 November 2016 and should be submitted by email only to EOIbox@brokenhill.nsw.gov.au with the  EOI number and name in the subject line.
