Design & Contract Administration - Multi-purpose Horse Sports Arena

⁠⁠⁠Hinchinbrook Shire Council has attained funding through the State Government to construct a Multipurpose Horse Sports Arena. Preliminary plans and quantity estimate have been carried out for a colourbond shed of dimensions 86.4m x 46m. The site on which the shed is to be constructed is the Ingham Showgrounds.

Council is seeking a quotation for the following:

Design Services:
* Full detailed design construction set of drawings and specifications required to successfully construct the shed.
* Pre Tender Estimate – qualified quantity surveyor
 

Procurement Services:
* Tender Documents for a construct only contract
* Council will undertake advertising services and compile the submitted documents for review.
* Tender Evaluation Services including detailed report and recommendation

Construction Services:
* All structural inspections and certification required to sign off on the structure once completed.

Quotations close at 5.00pm on Monday, 21 November 2016.
