Tenders are invited for the Inverell Sporting Complex Amenities Building Redevelopment
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the redevelopment of the Sporting Complex Amenities Building, INVERELL NSW 2360. The work is to be completed by 30 April, 2017.
Interested parties will need to submit a Tender, which will address, but not be limited to, the scope of works. Tenders in a sealed envelope endorsed Tender Sporting Complex Amenities Building Redevelopment will be received by the undersigned until 10am Monday, 12 December, 2016.
Tender Documents are available from Friday, 18 November, 2016 at Council's Administration Centre 144 Otho Street, INVERELL NSW. A non-refundable fee of $150.00 applies to each set of tender documentation provided to Tenderers and the fee must be paid before the documentation will be released. Tenderers must obtain a copy of the Tender Documentation.
Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the tender.
The highest or lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Additional information and an inspection of the construction site can be obtained by contacting Council's Manager Development Services, Mr Anthony Alliston.
Tenderers notice is drawn to Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 for the submission of Tenders by electronic media or Tenders are to be placed in the tender box, prior to the closing time, which is located in the foyer of Council's Administration Centre, 144 Otho St INVERELL NSW 2360.
