Structure Piping

⁠⁠⁠The Greater Enfield project is a greenfield development located in the Australian NW Shelf. It comprises 12No wells connected back to the Vincent FPSO (Ngujima-Yin) and water disposal system.

Technip’s scope is to engineer, procure, install and test the rigid and flexible pipes, umbilicals and structures required to connect between the wells, the water disposal system and the FPSO.

The scope of supply for this Package includes provision of piping to be provided to the fabricator for the fabrication of (10No) structures - (4No) In-line Tees, (2No) Flowline End Terminations and (2No) Pig Launcher Receivers, the indicative range of piping/grades consists of:
* 406.4mm OD CS Seamless DNV Grade 450 pipe designation SFD with 625 overlay; WT range 21.44-23.83mm - circa 43 metres
* 323.8mm OD CS Seamless DNV Grade 450 pipe designation SFD with 625 overlay; WT 21.44mm - circa 6 metres
* 273mm OD CS Seamless DNV Grade 450 pipe designation SFD part overlaid with 625; WT range 14.27 - 18.26mm - circa 69 metres
* 219.1mm OD CS Seamless DNV Grade 450 pipe designation SFD with 625 overlay; WT range 15.09mm - circa 2m
* 168.3mm OD CS Seamless DNV Grade 450 pipe designation SFD part overlaid with 625; WT 14.27mm - circa 12 metres
* 114.3mm OD Solid Inconel ASTM B444 UNS N06625 Gr.1; WT 8.56mm - circa 16 metres
* 60.3mm OD Super Duplex ASTM A790 UNS S32750; WT 5.54mm - circa 14 metres
* 26.7mm OD Super Duplex ASTM A790 UNS S32750; WT 3.91mm - circa 1 metres
