Major Painting Contractors interested in tendering for the minor repairs and external repainting of St George and Victoria Apartments at the corner of Victoria Avenue and St George’s Terrace are invited to register their interest with Zedcon Scientific Services - PO Box 220 South Perth WA 6151 (zedcon@iinet.net.au).
Registration of interest closes on Wednesday November 18, 2016 at 3pm.
Following registration selected tenderers are required to attend a site briefing on Wednesday November 23 at 10am.
Detailed specifications and information regarding the anticipated schedule for completing the works will be provided to those attending.
Tenders from selected contractors will close on December 7, 2016.
Contractors are advised that the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
