The Works comprise provision of the following:
* Construction of a Multipurpose building;
* Construction of an Amphitheatre structure as an extension to the existing Assembly structure;
* Construction of civil upgrades to the outdoor area adjacent to the new building and amphitheatre, including paving, site drainage, and required upgrades to the existing spoon drain/stormwater pit and car parking/driveway adjacent to the existing Assembly hall affected by these works;
* Construction of all geotechnical, engineering and services installation works and hard and soft landscaping required to complete a fit for purpose facility
