Tender Description
A general outline description of the works to be carried out at Wulagi Primary School, is as follows.
Construction of new multi-purpose room, office, landscaping and accessibility ramp adjoining the existing assembly stage building.
New interior fit out and refurbishment of the existing assembly hall and stage building including asbestos removal, replacement of roof and vapour barriers, new sports flooring and high-flow ceiling fans.
Asbestos removal needs to occur and be completed before school returns on Friday 20th January 2017.
Quotes required by COB Tuesday 6th of December 2016.
