Expressions of Interest are invited for pre-qualified builders (Level 4 Conventional) to tender for the redevelopment of the Dolphin Discovery Centre (DDC), Bunbury.
The DDC Redevelopment is a staged development with Forward Works, Stage 1 and Stage 2 works.
Please note:
* The Works Contract for this EOI relates only to Stage 1 and 2 Works. This will be an Invited tender to successful Respondents to this EOI and will be tendered in March/April 2017.
* Forward Works is the subject of a separate tender process which will be advertised on or about 2 November 2016.
* The external paving, waterfront footpath and the main car park is not part of this project and will be constructed under separate contracting arrangements by City of Bunbury.
