George River Council Civic Centre Internal Office Refurbishment

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from contractors that are suitably qualified and experienced to undertake a staged, internal office refurbishment, of the George River Council Civic Centre located on MacMahon Street, Hurstville and in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).

Tenderers are advised that their financial capability will be assessed during the tender period.

Tender documents may be obtained from 9am Wednesday 9 November 2016 by registering via the E-Tendering Portal: http://www.tenderlink.com/georgesriver. GST (Tender fee $200, Credit card and Tenderlink charges) to download this document. Alternative, Tender documents can be obtained after paying a non-refundable fee of $200 incl. GST from the Georges River Council, Civic Centre, Ground Floor, McMahon Street, Hurstville.

Tender submission are to be lodged in the electronic tender box at http://www.tenderlink.com/georgesriver. Alternatively, tenders may be submitted in a sealed envelope marked to the undersigned and endorsed ‘Private and Confidential - RFT No. T16/025 - Georges River Council - Civic Centre Internal Office Refurbishment’ and placed in the Tender Box located in the City Centre, Ground Floor, McMahon Street, Hurstville by 2 pm Wednesday 30 November 2016.

Only Tender submissions received from tenderers who have purchased the tender document online or from the Customer Services Centre will be considered. Tenderers must include in their tender submission, a proof copy of their tender purchase and/ or download receipt.

The canvassing of Councillors or staff will automatically disqualify tenderers. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Selection criteria will be used in assessing tenders in accordance with the Conditions of Tendering. The lowest tender/EOI will not necessarily be accepted by council.
