Tender Description
The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations with the capabilities and interest to develop and operate a voluntary system to rate the energy performance of residential properties (the'home energy rating system'). Providing energy ratings for homes is one of the proposed actions under the Draft Climate Change Fund Strategic Plan and A Plan to Save NSW Energy and Money, both of which were released on 3 November 2016 for public feedback. Responses to this EOI will be used to inform the delivery and procurement strategy for the home energy rating system, should the NSW Government decide to proceed with the implementation of the system.
